We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. Personal data will be treated confidentially in accordance with the legal data protection regulations and this data protection declaration.
As a rule, no personal data is necessary for the use of this website. If you provide us with personal data such as name, address or e-mail address, this is always done on a voluntary basis. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.
Contact by e-mail or phone
In principle, we do not collect and process any personal data unless you voluntarily provide us with the data (via the contact form). The contact with you or the justification of pre-contractual or contractual measures requires the collection and processing of personal data. cf. Article 6 para. 1 (a), (b) DSGVO. The data is stored in a CRM system, unless the storage is not necessary due to your request.
You can contact us via the contact form and make various inquiries. In order to process your inquiry and to answer you, we need personal data. This applies in particular to your name and e-mail address or telephone number. Transmission is encrypted. Your data will be deleted as soon as the process is completed with you, but at latest after the end of the deletion periods of overriding laws to which we are obliged to comply. The periods result e.g. from technical measures of the archiving of electronic business transactions and the periods, which result e.g. from §257 HGB.

On our page you will find a Facebook button. This does not correspond to the typically used "Like Button", it only establishes a connection to our Facebook page. However, we cannot exclude the possibility that data may be transferred to Facebook by clicking the button.
